Problem
Rainwater was seeping through sub-standard expansion
joints in the main stand, leaking through the ceiling
of the food kiosk below.
Solution
We injected acrylic from above and below into the
concrete structure, reinforcing the damaged expansion
joints.
Result
A permanent watertight seal. Newcastle United have
since requested that we carry out a detailed survey
of the entire stadium.
